Ever wonder which Dewey restaurant has the most athletic staff? The Restaurant Olympics pits local crews against each other in a hilarious day of competition on the bay. On Tuesday, August 11, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Bay Beach near Hyatt Place Dewey Beach, your favorite bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff trade aprons for athletic glory.
The Vibe: Peak mid-summer fun. The staff from Dewey's restaurants and bars go head-to-head in beach and water challenges while regulars and visitors cheer from the sidelines. It's a blast watching the people who serve you all summer actually let loose.
Insider Tip: Root for your favorite restaurant's team, just don't expect great service at brunch that day. Everyone's at the beach competing.
